On Sunday, December 8, 2019, at 3:00 P.M., St. Vincent Ferrer Parish in Delray Beach will present a live musical drama in the church entitled, “Amahl and the Night Visitors.” This beautiful performance is arranged by the members of the St. Vincent Ferrer Parish choir, under the direction of Eric Keiper, Musical Director. A light reception will follow in Kellaghan Hall (building G) to meet and greet the performers.
Amahl and the Night Visitors, written by Gian Carlo Menotti in 1951, is a retelling of the story of the Three Kings from the point of view of a young disabled boy named Amahl, who lives in poverty with his widowed mother near Bethlehem.
